福井県白方町の広々とした敷地に並んだビニールハウス農園、日本海に面したこの砂丘地にて、「安心・安全・新鮮+α」をコンセプトに、ズッキーニやプンタレッラ、チコリなどのイタリア野菜や高糖度のトマト、食感が特長的なメロン「ハミーメロン」など、日本では珍しい一風変わった野菜や果物を年間50品種以上を生産しています。福井県指導農業士、６次産業化法事業計画認定、農林水産奨励賞受賞など数々の認定や受賞歴が高い栽培技術を物語っています。
